Cancelation and No-show policies
Skyline Holidays Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd welcomes you (the "Customer" or "you") to its website (the "Site"). References to the Site are deemed to include derivatives thereof, including but not necessarily limited to mobile websites and applications. The Terms of Use -as defined below- apply to our services, directly or indirectly made available to you through whatever means, including online reservations, customer service requests or otherwise. By accessing, browsing and using the Site and/or by making a reservation through Skyline Holidays Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd you acknowledge and agree having read, understood and agreed to the Terms of Use.

Our different policies and guidelines can be found throughout the Site. The terms and conditions set out below and the Policies are collectively referred to as the "Terms of Use". If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, please cease use of the Site immediately. The Terms of Use - as may be amended from time to time - constitute the entire agreement, and supersede any other agreements or understandings (oral or written), between you and us with respect to their subject matters unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Booking Policy
When you make reservtion through Skyline Holidays Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd, you will receive an email confirming your reservation. Your reservation or purchase through Skyline Holidays Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd also means you accept all terms and conditions mentioned or referred to on Skyline Holidays Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd.

You can change or cancel your lodging booking either online under your Reservations when signed into your Skyline Holidays Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd account. Cancellation within 24 hours is accepted, the money refunded will excluding the processing fees at 5%. If cancellation less than 24 hours, the amount paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. You have to confirm & secure your reservation by full payment when checkout.

Please note that it is your responsibility to check the details of your reservation before you submit the reservation and after your reservation is confirmed. Should you wish to cancel or amend your bookings before 24 hours of the experience start, you can make the changes through your member page or email to enquiry@skylineholidays.my.

These terms and conditions may not be changed by any unauthorized person, including employees of Skyline Holidays Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up without advance notice you are not entitled to any refund.

Refund Policy
When you cancel a booking and are entitled to a refund then we will instruct the refund as soon as practicable. The processing may take between 2-4 weeks until the amount (excluding processing fees) is credited back and appears on your credit card statement. The reasons for this are the billing cycle of your credit card company and processing time of the bank. The refund amount depends on numerous factors such as the time of cancellation and processing fees. After this is done, it will still take a period of about 2-4 weeks for the bank to process this and for the whole amount to be credited bank and appear on your credit card statement.

All the refunds of any transaction's amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded by excluding 5% of the processing fees.

Delivery Policy
Delivery information such as Customers Name, Location Address and Contact Number will be stored for delivery purposes. Other personal identifiable information will not be stored

Changes or Cancellation by Skyline Holidays Travel & Tours
We reserve the right to make changes or cancellations after the reservation at any time. However, we will endeavour not to make a major change or cancel the booking within 72 hours of the arrival date, except by unforeseen events.

If we have to make a major change to your arrangements after booking, we will offer you the option of accepting the change or cancelling the booking and receiving a full refund of any monies paid to us. We do not accept responsibility for any expenses or costs you may incur as a result of any change.

Changes/Amendment
Any change or amendments are subject to availability at the time you make the request.

If you give us less than 7 working days notice prior to the original arrival date, the following terms will apply:

You will be charged administrative fees and/or bank fees, with the balance to be refunded to you.

Our Liability
The descriptions of our service/tours on our site are given in good faith. We do not accept responsibility for errors or omissions.

We do not accept liability or pay compensation for any loss, damage or expense where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations is prevented or affected by reason of force such as war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, closure of airports or ports, technical problems with transport, governmental action and all other similar events.

Your Responsibility
We endeavor provide as much information as possible about our service/tours in this website.

Furthermore, In case of any disputes the law applicable would be based on the Malaysian Governing Law.

Rights and Obligations
Skyline Holidays Travel and Tours Sdn Bhd reserves the right to deny and cancel bookings or purchases of any Services that are deemed in violation of this policy. Such a determination is at Skyline Holidays Travel and Tours’s sole discretion.
