Pick-up from Kuala Lumpur International Airports (Kuala Lumpur Main Terminal Airport - KLIA 1 or Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (KLIA2)) or Kuala Lumpur City Hotels within 5km radius in Kuala Lumpur City Centre. If more than 5km, it will be extra charges. You need to pay extra charges cash directly to the driver.

2. Drop-off at Kuala Lumpur International Airports (Kuala Lumpur Main Terminal Airport - KLIA 1 or Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (KLIA2) or Kuala Lumpur City Hotels/Apartment/Residential Area within 5km radius in Kuala Lumpur City Centre. If more than 5km, it will be extra charges. You need to pay extra charges cash directly to the driver.

3. 50% surcharge will be applied if pickup time after 11pm to 6am. The extra charges to be paid cash to the driver upon drop-off.
4. Confirmation will be received at time of booking.
5. Only 1 luggage and 1 hand luggage for per pax is allowed. If extra luggages, please do inform while making booking as extra surcharges will be applied.

2. For a refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

3. Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
